Consulting activities

• Led the design and development of the Rainbow Bridge front-end application for the NEAR Protocol and Aurora Labs, which, in combination with the associated smart contracts, transferred and secured more than $2B.
• Assistance to the NEAR Foundation in the bridging of the NEAR token to Ethereum, and establishment of the initial liquidity pools at SushiSwap and DODO DEXes, including negotiation of initial LP incentives.
• Led the design and development of the Aurora.dev marketing website for the Aurora Labs.
• Led the design and development of the KYC/KYB web application for the Aurora Labs, which was required by all participants in the original AURORA public sale, and integrated with the OnFido commercial service.
• Led the design and development of the Aurora.plus dApp for Aurora Labs, including integration of staking contract, and a third-party for the direct purchase of the AURORA token via credit- and debit-cards.
• Led the design and development of the USN Protection Program dApp for Aurora Labs and the NEAR Foundation, in which holders of the USN stablecoin could swap 1:1 for another stablecoin, as the USN program was wound down.
• Participated in the strategy, establishment of the Business Development team, and development of the marketing website for the Aurora Cloud commercial offering.
• Led the initial design for the Aurora Pass mobile application for Aurora Labs.
• Ongoing advisory services to Aurora Labs.
• Advisory services provided to the OPNX Exchange, from launch to its ultimate closing.
• Ongoing advisory services related to product and fund-raising provided to Haltia, an AI startup based in Dubai.
• Signatory on treasury multisigs for multiple blockchain and DeFi projects.

Proprietary activities

• Development and operation of the ChessDrop cloud database for the recording and analysis of chess games.
• Development and operation of the SmeshWallet online web wallet for the Spacemesh protocol.
• Proprietary trading of the company's treasury, including market making activities at various CEX exchanges, and liquidity provision and trading on Ethereum, Solana and various L2 protocols.
